Анотація

На підставі аналізу даних наукових першоджерел, обговорені можливі патогенетичні паралелі та взаємозв 'язки генетичних (зокрема, активності ацетиляторних процесів і генетичного поліморфізму гену N-ацетилтрансферази) та екологічних чинників у формуванні гіперреактивності дихальних шляхів та фенотипу бронхіальної астми в дітей. Показані сучасні наукові тенденції, зроблено акценти на суперечливих моментах.
