ПАТЧІ ТА БАТРЕСІНГ В ЗАХИСТІ АНАСТОМОЗІВ ШЛУНКОВО-КИШКОВОГО ТРАКТУ

Анотація


Мета роботи - огляд зарубіжної літератури, присвячений батресінгу степлерних анастомозів та патчів в укріпленні як степлерних, так і ручних анастомозів, проведений пошук в інтернеті. У дослідженні проаналізовано 25 робіт.

Результати. Представлений огляд зарубіжних робіт, присвячених укріпленню анастомозів шлунково-кишкового тракту, накладених степлерними швами не абсорбованими, напівабсорбованими та повністю абсорбованими матеріалами (батресінг), а також ручних і степлерних анастомозів патчами. Батресінг ефективний в баріатричній хірургії.

Висновки. Найбільше поширення в укріпленні анастомозів шлунково-кишкового тракту одержали такі комерційні пристосування, як сиргіліс, сімгуард, тахосіл, які є ефективними для укріплення поздовжніх степлерних анастомозів у баріатричній хірургії. Клінічних досліджень недостатньо для висновків про ефективність укріплення патчами ручних гастроінтестинальних анастомозів.
