ЕКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНА МОДЕЛЬ ЕНДОМЕТРІОЗУ НА ЩУРАХ

Анотація


Мета роботи - розроблення та визначення ефективності експериментальної моделі
ендометріозу на білих самках щурів.
Матеріал і методи. В експерименті взяли участь 23 статевозрілі нелінійні білі
щури Rattus Norvegicus Wistar жіночої статі масою 170-200 г, які ще не народжували, віком 14-17 тижнів.
Усі маніпуляції з тваринами виконано відповідно до рекомендацій Міжурядового
комітету з біоетики UNESCO (IGBC).
Результати. Розроблено та адаптовано для клінічних експериментальних
досліджень експериментальну модель ендометріозу на білих статевозрілих щурах.
Висновки. Проведені дослідження засвідчують про життєздатність та
функціональну активність ектопічного ендометрію експериментальної моделі, що
вказує на її валідність та можливість використання під час подальших досліджень.
