ПРОГНОЗУВАННЯ ПЕРИНАТАЛЬНИХ УСКЛАДНЕНЬ У ЖІНОК ІЗ НЕВИНОШУВАННЯМ ВАГІТНОСТІ У РАННІ ТЕРМІНИ ГЕСТАЦІЇ (ОГЛЯД ЛІТЕРАТУРИ)

Анотація

Мета роботи – проаналізувати сучасні погляди на механізми розвитку
перинатальних ускладнень у жінок із невиношуванням вагітності в першому
триместрі гестації з метою їх прогнозування.
Висновки. Показана необхідність подальшого вивчення цієї проблеми, з
урахуванням етіопатогенезу, з метою розроблення алгоритмів прогнозування
гестаційних ускладнень та вчасної діагностики, що дасть змогу покращити
перинатальні наслідки. Тому пріоритетним завданням, спрямованим на зниження
репродуктивних втрат, є профілактика невиношування вагітності шляхом пошуку
нових скринінгових маркерів, які виявлятимуть доклінічні форми патології.
