МЕХАНІЗМИ РОЗВИТКУ СПАЙКОВОГО ПРОЦЕСУ ОЧЕРЕВИННОЇ ПОРОЖНИНИ (ОГЛЯД ЛІТЕРАТУРИ)

В статті викладені основні механізми розвитку спайкового процесу очеревинної
порожнини на підставі огляду літературних джерел. Описані основні причини
виникнення та фактори ризику, що впливають на розвиток спайкової хвороби.
Мета роботи – проаналізувати дані літератури для визначення механізму
розвитку спайкового процесу очеревинної порожнини.
Висновок. Спайковий процес є наслідком механічної інтраопераційної травми
очеревини і відбувається одразу після появи тригер-фактору та продовжується
протягом життя. З існуючих теорій патогенезу, загальним для всіх є те, що
матриксом утворення спайок на тлі гальмування тканинної фібринолітичної
системи є фібрин. Процеси регенерації ушкодженої очеревини не є до кінця
вивченими та немає єдиного погляду стосовно переваги того чи іншого
спайкоутворюючого фактору.
