Анотація

Мета роботи – проаналізувати сучасні погляди на патогенетичні особливості
контролю за перебігом прееклампсії у вагітних, роль NT-proBNP у її патогенезі
та можливості профілактики.
Висновок. Показана необхідність подальшого вивчення цієї проблеми з метою
пролонгування вагітності до терміну доношеності у жінок із прееклампсією.
