ВАЖЛИВИЙ ПОКАЗНИК РІДКОГО БІОСЕРЕДОВИЩА – ОКИСНО-ВІДНОВНИЙ ПОТЕНЦІАЛ (ОГЛЯД ЛІТЕРАТУРИ)

Мета роботи – здійснити аналіз досліджень і публікацій щодо окисно-відновного
потенціалу питної води, розчинів на її основі й внутрішнього середовища
організму людини, які доводять важливість цього показника для характеристики
функціонального стану організму та якості вживаних рідин, зокрема води,
ісприятимутьзапровадженнюнормативівОВПустандартиякостіцихпродуктів
та у діагностику й лікування різноманітних патологічних станів.
Висновки. Проаналізовані публікації узагальнюють знання про біофізичні,
фармакологічнітафізіологічніефектирідинізрізнимиОВП,розширюютьрозуміння
ролі води в організмі. Розглянуті проблеми сприятимуть новим дослідженням ОВП
в системах організму, а також дадуть змогу переглянути деякі наукові положення
та стандарти щодо води та напоїв. Зокрема, нами пропонується обов’язкове
включення показника ОВП до нормативів якості та фізіологічної безпечності
питної води.
