Анотація

Мета роботи – здійснити аналіз даних світової літератури стосовно визначення
вірогідної ролі поліморфізму гена рецептора прогестерону як чинника виникнення
передчасних пологів.
Висновки. 1. Поліморфізм гена рецептора прогестерону відіграє суттєву роль
у механізмах розвитку та перебігу невиношування вагітності, негативного
результату вагітності та низької маси тіла новонароджених. 2. Від наявності
того чи іншого поліморфізму може залежати вірогідність виникнення загрози
передчасних пологів в різні терміни гестації або ж завершення вагітності
передчасними пологами. 3. Генетична мінливість, яка може призвести до зміни
біологічних функцій рецептора прогестерону, генетичний поліморфізм рецептора
прогестерону є основним чинником ризику ускладнень передчасних пологів.
