МНОЖИННА ІНФАНТИЛЬНА ГЕМАНГІОМА У НЕОНАТАЛЬНІЙ ПРАКТИЦІ (СПОСТЕРЕЖЕННЯ З ПРАКТИКИ)

Інфантильні гемангіоми є найпоширенішими доброякісними судинними пухлинами
дитячого віку. Мультифокальний інфантильний гемангіоматоз із ураженням
внутрішніх органів новонароджених є рідкісним і потенційно летальним
захворюванням у немовлят, наявним при народженні або таким, що виникає
протягом першого тижня життя.
У статті наведено клініко-параклінічні особливості перебігу множинної
інфантильної гемангіоми в неонатальному періоді.
Представлений клінічний випадок демонструє, що вчасне призначення
неселективних β-адреноблокаторів (пропранололу) є основним елементом
у лікуванні та сприятливому прогнозі цього захворювання.
