ПЕРЕДЧАСНІ ПОЛОГИ: ФАКТОРИ РИЗИКУ, ПАТОГЕНЕТИЧНІ АСПЕКТИ ТА ПРОФІЛАКТИЧНІ ІНТЕРВЕНЦІЇ (Огляд літератури)

Анотація

Передчасні пологи залишаються актуальною медичною і соціальною проблемою у
всьому світі з огляду на стабільно високу їх частоту, негативні наслідки для
недоношеного новонародженого і значні проблеми з його здоров’ям у
майбутньому.
Мета - узагальнити сучасні наукові дані щодо факторів ризику, основних ланок
патогенезу передчасних пологів і рекомендованих методів їх профілактики.
Висновки. Здійснений аналіз опублікованих результатів наукових досліджень
засвідчив мультифакторну природу передчасних пологів. Рання активація
фетальної гіпоталамо-гіпофізарно-адреналової вісі плода, порушення взаємодії
між децидуальною та плодовими оболонками, спричинені інфекцією і запаленням,
надмірне перерозтягнення матки є основними ланками патогенезу передчасної
пологової діяльності. Визначення факторів ризику, призначення мікронізованого
прогестерону та застосування серкляжу шийки матки є пріоритетними та
високоефективними заходами профілактики передчасних пологів.
