Анотація

Резюме. Сьогодні доведено, що шляхом епігенетичного впливу чинники навколишнього середовища здатні змінювати генетично детермінований фенотип функціональних систем людини, створюючи патогенетичне підґрунтя для розвитку численних патологій. Найбільш виразними є наслідки модифікації фенотипу при дії чинників в так звані «критичні періоди» онтогенезу. Теорія Дж.Баркера, що обґрунтовує пренатальне походження хвороб дорослого віку, отримує все більше підтверджень. Особливу зацікавленість дослідників викликають питання про наслідки впливу на плід соціально-емоційного стресу матерів на самих ранніх етапах вагітності. Даний огляд присвячено аналізу літератури з цієї проблеми.
