Представлені дані останніх 10 років щодо частоти розходження колоректальниханастомозів. Вона становила від 1% до 19%, у середньому 4%. Частота розходжень анастомозів не залежить від хірургічної техніки. При лікуванні недостатності колоректальних анастомозів можливе збереження співусть.
Мета роботи - вивчення частоти недостатності колоректальних анастомозів при
різних способах їх виконання, особливості хірургічної тактики лікування виниклих
розходжень колоректальних анастомозів.
Висновки. Розходження колоректальних анастомозів залишається актуальною
проблемою сучасної онкопроктології. Розходження колоректальних анастомозів,
за останніми даними, спостерігаються приблизно в 4 % випадків і не залежать від
характеру шва: ручний чи механічний, методики ручного шва. За останні роки розробляються методи щадного лікування недостатності колоректальних анастомозів з їх збереженням. Однак при наявності перитоніту з каловими масами в
черевній порожнині анастомоз краще видалити. Перспективними можуть
виявитись мікроінвазивні способи втручань.
